What we collect

No account is needed. We collect the email you enter at checkout (provided by Stripe), payment identifiers, and for each call the number called, time, duration and cost. We never record the content of your calls.

Why

To provide the service and bill calls, send you your card code and let you recover it, handle refunds and disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations (accounting and tax).

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), Twilio (call routing), SendGrid (email), Railway (hosting), PostHog (usage statistics, EU servers). We do not sell your data.

Usage statistics

We measure in aggregate how the service is used (for example how many calls start and to which countries), without cookies and without storing anything on your device. We do not record numbers called, card codes or your session.

Cookies and storage

Your browser keeps your card code and, if you pick one, your language choice. Both stay on your device until you clear them.

How long

Payment and call records for as long as Italian tax and accounting rules require (up to 10 years), then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion by writing to [email protected], and you can complain to your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
